Group therapy
A small circle, with a clinician in it
For adults who want to hear other people say out loud what they thought only they felt.
Our groups are small and meet at the office, by season, for 50 minutes. A clinician leads each one and explains the ground rules before anyone speaks, including how what is said in the room stays in the room.

Choose a small group in the match request, or tell the front desk.

You meet the clinician one to one, and they tell you how the group works.
