Before, during and after
Step 1: Before: four answers
You send a language, a day, how you will pay and the kind of session. You do not explain why you are coming.
Step 2: Before: your estimate
If you pay without insurance, we send your Good Faith Estimate in writing before the first session. We never ask for health details through this website.
Step 3: During: 50 minutes
You say as much or as little as you want. Your clinician explains how they work, how confidentiality works and where it stops.
Step 4: After: you decide
You choose whether to continue, with the same clinician or another. Nothing is decided in the room, and you can stop at any time.
The room
A door that closes, and a chair that is yours
The office has a quiet waiting area and a door for each clinician. If you meet by video, we suggest a private room, headphones if you have them and a time when no one will interrupt.
