Couples therapy
For partners who want a third person in the room to keep the conversation fair.
Couples sessions are 80 minutes, so there is room for each of you before the hour is over. Your clinician sets simple ground rules in the first session, and you do not have to agree on why you came.
Long enough that neither of you is rushed.
Set together in the first session, so each person can speak.
Some of the clinicians below keep hours after work.

The first weeks
The first session is for both partners, with a clinician who explains how the room works.
Each person says what they would like from the sessions, in their own words and in turn.
Most couples meet every week or every other week. You decide together how long to continue.
Who sees couples
Each also sees individual adults, so one of you can keep going on your own.
